Responsibilities
- Billing & accounting for MPP service orders
- Managing spare parts & work orders booking
- Administrative tasks (documents, meeting rooms, ...)
- Coordination for customer visits and special mission events
- Assistance to the whole sales
- MPP marketing (brochures, ...)
Skills
- Successful completed commercial apprenticeship (office administrator, )
- 3 years of work experience is an advantage
- Experience as an assistant
- Experience in international business
- Sound knowledge of office workflows
- Flexible work attitude
- Organizational skills / ability to work in a team
- Microsoft NAV, MS Office, Adobe pdf, MS Visio, MS Project

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 2.837,91 (apprenticeship) gross per month with the possibility of overpayment depending on your education, qualifications and previous experience.
