Responsibilities
- Diamond Aircraft Industries is looking for an experienced talent to join production team, to strengthen the work planning and controlling function. This is a matrix role with major responsibilities directly report to Production Director, as a highly independent contributor role requires strong data analysis capabilities and strong communication skills.
- Monitor and ensure the production schedule; handle issues that arise in the production flow/schedule
- Coordinate the production plans between departments
- Change Management; improve the efficiency of production operation
- Apply lean manufacturing project management and value stream mapping in production planning practise
- Matrix report to Production Director and Manager of Production Planning Team; cross departmental communication and coordination
Skills
- Engineer and/or Mathematic, Statistic relevant educational background; a bachelors degree or above is desired
- Min. 3 years working/project experience in the field of Value Stream Mapping and/or Leaning Management
- Good understanding of production data analysis and forecasting; Sound knowledge in the Process and Planning Management; Project Management and Change Management
- Knowledge of EASA Part 21 or Aviation relevant experience is preferred
- Work proficient English skill
- Strong communication skill, be able to work under stress, good at managing multi-tasks and work in a highly structured accurate manner
We offer a competitive salary according to your professional and personal suitability. The legal minimum salary for this position is 3.800,00 EUR gross/month. Depending on your experience we provide overpayment to this base salary.
